Hello friends I'm back after a break to talk about how to tell the difference between needing rest (and giving ourselves full guilt-free permission to do so!) or are you experiencing fatigue because you're avoiding something you know you should be doing...
I give some handy hints to tell which one you might be experiencing and some tips to work through it.
