Chats with Kim: Resistance to slowing down, an inner child experiment and allowing a peaceful life
This week I’m doing a conversational episode letting you guys know what’s been happening and some of the lessons I’ve learnt in these last few weeks!
I’ve been going through a low-energy phase, and it’s brought up all my resistance to slowing down, which is perfect for examining all of the ways I (and you) can resist rest.
I talk about how I came up with doing an inner child experiment this week where basically, I’m doing everything the inner child wants and seeing how that changes my week! So far, it’s brought some surprising results.
I also talk about my recent insights on the nervous system, repatterning negative mind loops and moving through different seasons of high and low energy.
